Fixed chunk size in user interface.

Reduced chunk size from 32 kb to 16 kb to restore compatibility with Mainline and uTorrent. Those clients silently broke compatibility with other existing clients and with the official specifications.
Due to this change saved state will be lost, so you'll have to reopen your torrents. Data won't be lost.
